No shadow on this spot but when I was walking along the road, I went to a house to ask to fill my bottle and got a hand full of tomatoes from the very sweet lady. Had myself dropped off outside of Stolac for easier hitching. There are solid places to hitchhike in both direction along the road, but it's pretty isolated there, so I would only recommend going there when it's still long time till sunset.―Anonymous

Don’t get dropped off here it’s very dangerous! I was there in summer and there is no shade, no water, no store or bus. People are going faster than 100 km/h so it’s difficult for them to stop. I almost collapsed because of the heat and it is very far to walk to the next town/village.―Anonymous
